Rails Designer v1.3: Two New Components and Nested Forms Utility 🤯

Rails Designer 1.3 was released today with two new components and something completely new (considering it an experiment: an utility to give you the basics for reusable nested forms. Headless. Meaning it's unstyled! Not 100% sure about this approach—so let me know your thoughts).
