Mental health as one of the biggest concerns of our generation.

If you could just take a moment and go to google and have a search about leading causes of
death in India you will know the word Mental illness appears in highlight. For a fact acc. to National crimes Investigation Records (NCIR) the suicide rate of india has rose to 12.4 per cent per lakh population.

You know we humans have an ability to realise things very late and the worst Is we act upon them when we think the impact is going to be on us too. Well I can't blame anyone because being a human I too used to do the same thing but through social media and real life examples I have learned how important it Is to be a voice for people who can't do it for themselves.

I believe India ( by that i mean us ) is going through a lot of changes and we can't just rely upon the government to make everything okay for us . So why can't we take the control in our hands and why can't we reflect upon our fundamental duties being a citizen and more importantly being a human . It's high time we start doing that . For that you don't have to start from big things or wait for the perfect opportunity , you can just start from small changes because even big things in life are achieved by small yet consistent efforts .
Maybe you can start by filling Up this PIL ( if you don't have an idea you can read my another blog regarding the same ) which asks for mental health education from primary classes itself. I believe it will be a major change to give our kids a future that we wanted .
