Ok, I'm just thinking out loud here.

I think that the trouble is the following

The worst coding roadblocks are those you are not aware of.

That's because if you were perfectly aware of your exact problem and its solution, you would have googled and DEV.toed that already.

DEV.to is today mostly articles-oriented
Articles are a good when you already know what to learn and which article to read, then you just dive deeply in what you know you need to learn.
But often you don't know what is holding you back and what's the best way to overcome it.

That's where pairing sessions shine.
I think that programming is a craft which is best transmitted directly from generation to generation by direct exchanges.

But this begs the question : how do you find someone to have a pairing session with ?
If DEV.to could have somehow a way to organize pairing sessions, that would be awesome.
