How I can make Infobip not to deliver the message if I develop my app locally?

My application Uses Infobip's omni API and I want during local development to use a sandbox API in order to avoid sms sending into an actual number but to be able to look that sms messages are sent.

So do you know whether Infobip offers a sandbox API to play with?
