Hidden Layer Media is an underground dev collective crafting tools, stories, and software at the edges of tech and myth. We specialize in AI agents, DIY hacking, surreal interfaces, and raw, unapologetic code.
We started as ghostwriters in the machine—coders, artists, and hackers building in the shadows. Hidden Layer Media was born from a need to create tools and stories that feel alive: glitchy, beautiful, and dangerous. We fuse AI, underground tech, and dream logic into everything we release. No corporate polish. No filler. Just raw signal from the hidden layers of the web.
Our stack
We build with whatever bites hardest. Primarily: Node.js, Python, Supabase, Next.js, Three.js, PocketBase, and raw HTML/CSS for brutalist speed. We wire AI through Claude, OpenAI, and local LLMs. Hosting ranges from Vercel to the weirdest bare-metal we can get. If it runs, hacks, or glitches—it's in the stack.
