Does press releases improve SEO?

Hello, I am launching several products and I am trying to improve SEO. Is publishing press releases still effective? It looks like I am losing money doing that without getting any return.

I posted for many apps I created, and doesn't seem to have much effect yet, It might take some time. Does anybody know if those make difference for SEO?

I am creating several projects on top of Blockstack. Most of them are serverless and I will opensource all of them by next month. Would love to hear suggestions on how I can improve the reach of our apps. The goal is to improve SEO and get traffic from there, does this scale? Is it possible for a single studio launch several apps that become popular only relying on search engines?

What's the ideal number of weeks in an agile sprint?

Hello everyone,

So, what's a good length of Agile Sprint in terms of weeks? Since we are working in small projects, we are trying to use 1 week, but this seems to fast. What do you think?

I am developing small projects like Memocards and Stackfolio , they are quite simple, but since our sprints are too short, it seems we are focusing too much in small details instead of doing a major improvement.
