Today was great I learned how to clone code from Github into
VScode, I also learned how to organize my files a bit better using the terminal off my mac. I keep telling myself practice practice practice and trying not to be in such a rush to learn everything so quickly.

I practiced internal and external CSS more, however I am already familiar with external css. Learned that we really don't use internal CSS but it is good to learn and understand. ID always overwrites class. Classes can be used only once, ID's can be used once per page but it is better not to use ID's for styling CSS and it makes it easier to just use classes for css.

I learned about padding and margins.

I took a break for the weekend for the sake of balance. Today I solidified my knowledge on creating a webpage, with inline styling, internal styling, external styling, links for images and webpages.

Cheers!

Today I Learned

Hello Everyone!

Today I learned about HTML, CSS, styling, attributes, and anchors. Well I should say I relearned because I already have an understanding of these concepts but I would say today I had the opportunity to practice, apply and solidify some information.

What I never practiced is inline CSS which is actually a very intriguing situation. I honestly don't think I ever knew that inline CSS existed, or perhaps I had the information and never realized it because I have never applied it.

I am really enjoying this learing platform and how the curriculum allows me to learn and apply. I believe it's taking my technology journey to new heights. Bye for now.

Cheers!

Today I Learned.....That I should get in the habit of taking notes everyday to recap what I learned, Clarification and Internalization

Documentation: Notes serve as a record for what you work on each day, which is helpful for your future self and preparing for meetings (eg Stand-ups).

Reference: When you need to perform the same task again in the future, your notes serves as a cheat sheet.

Professional Showcase: Your notes serve as a great source for your TIL blogs, which looks great to prospective employers, demonstrating both your writing and technical ability.
