I love having physical copies of books or printouts to be able to make annotations or to be able to better focus on just the text on the paper in front of me. Since the effort of obtaining content physically is getting harder to justify (sustainability, latency of shipping, cost), I want to become better at reading digital content on my computer. What are your hacks?

I usually try to have a light lunch (low carb, less sugar) and make sure to stay hydrated and well-exercised throughout the day, but any tips/routines especially nutrition-wise are appreciated 🌞

How do you back up your data for preventive measures in case of any sort of hardware/software/OS failure?

And by data I mean your files (pictured, documents etc.), as well as the state of your machine.

Do you use any special tools? Which files do you decide to back up? How regularly do you back up? And where do you keep your backups?

Thank you and have a great day! 🎈
