But my journey started somewhere completely different.  &lt;/p&gt;

  The Crypto Chapter
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For years, I experimented with cryptocurrency trading.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
I pulled massive datasets from Binance, built hypotheses about price behavior, and tested them endlessly.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The cycle was always the same:  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spot a possible market pattern
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Download historical data
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Run it through an optimizer that recalculated coefficients
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build a trading bot if results looked good
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Test with a small balance
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Scale up with loans… and watch the money disappear
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The painful truth: strategies that worked on past data collapsed in real markets.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
The crypto world moved too quickly — making profit was nearly impossible, while losing money was almost guaranteed.  &lt;/p&gt;

  Turning to Real Problems
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After burning out in trading, I focused on a pain point I personally experienced: sourcing goods from China.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
I wanted to buy pajamas wholesale and resell them on marketplaces. But finding reliable buyers and agents was a nightmare — high costs, scams, zero trust.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That’s when the idea for &lt;a href="https://postavshikov.net/" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Postavshikov.net&lt;/a&gt; was born:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
a transparent space where suppliers and buyers could connect with real ratings and trusted relationships.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Over time, this evolved into a full-scale platform for wholesale trade.  &lt;/p&gt;

  Market Research
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I studied the market: who the leaders were, their audiences, customer pain points, and monetization.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
I identified four main competitors.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Instead of discouraging me, competition validated the niche:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
if others were making money here, demand existed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
The challenge was simply to do it better.  &lt;/p&gt;

  From Idea to Prototype
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With no design background, I opened Figma and built the prototype myself.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Why not hire a designer?&lt;/strong&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Limited budget
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Risk of working with someone unmotivated
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Endless approval cycles
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After three months of evenings and weekends, I had a working prototype.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Not polished, but good enough to move forward.  &lt;/p&gt;

  Finding the Right Developer
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Agencies were too expensive, and no-code tools weren’t scalable.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Finally, I partnered with &lt;a href="https://sharifyanov.ru/" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Damir Sharifyanov&lt;/a&gt;, a developer known for live-streaming his product builds.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We worked in milestones: he delivered features, I paid per stage.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
After ten months, we had a functioning beta and our first real users.  &lt;/p&gt;

  Early Users &amp;amp; Growth
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The first customers quickly revealed flaws — broken processes, missing buttons, clunky flows.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
We connected &lt;strong&gt;Yandex.Metrica&lt;/strong&gt;, studied user behavior, and started fixing issues.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For growth, I leaned on &lt;strong&gt;SEO&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Advertising brings fast traffic, but search is cheaper and long-term.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
The key was balance: making the site discoverable &lt;strong&gt;and&lt;/strong&gt; user-friendly.  &lt;/p&gt;

  Results So Far
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Two months after launch, &lt;a href="https://postavshikov.net/" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Postavshikov.net&lt;/a&gt; achieved:  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;~200 daily unique visitors
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;25 new orders every day
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 new companies joining daily
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Next goals: refine the main pages, optimize usability and content, and push SEO further.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
My target: &lt;strong&gt;1,000 daily users by the end of 2025&lt;/strong&gt; and full profitability.  &lt;/p&gt;

  Closing Thoughts
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The platform is young, but alive and growing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
