MLOPs Lifecycles

MLOPs life cycle 🔃 ⤵

Define business need

Getting datasets ready. This phase includes data cleaning, labelling, pixel optimisation, open source datasets and enterprise data-lakes

Model development (code part)

Training and optimisations of model

Deployment(uat/prod)

User interface and API development to let user interact with the model

Monitoring both model and system resources

Insights and analytics

Continuous model training: deployed one time model can work for few time-frames and hence it needs retraining on new data

world has changed. We use CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Docker/cubectl for code automation

Security and protection of ML model against known vulnerability. This is the point most people ignore

-Thanks

Branding Yourself is Easy

Branding yourself is important if you have to survive in the industry for long. Good news is, it's easy for people like us whose professional playground is the internet👌

A Github account with little or more nerdy user name with few repos. Don't get demotivated by looking at others repo. If others have lots of repo or unique research that means they've been doing this constantly for long

Join Communities like Dev, hashnode, medium, fcc, Twitter or just gBlog and keep posting your (*research) and interesting findings

Plain Profile picture suits social media but for tech forums, it should reflect who you are

Open source Contribution is great but ignore it if you are offered code comments kind if task only

There are "coding models" on Instagram and most of them are either coding amateur or just got stated but their contents creation style motivates other developers. You should try this too

You don't need to own a domain with your full name for Portfolio. You can use heroku or any other forum which serves subdomain based blog. Great one is "github pages" Which will force you to learn how to push code successfully

Pitch yourself. This skill requires both connections as well as courage. There's a saying "if product you built is not great then make sure the marketing is great". This skill is the backbone of this saying

You won't survive on Stack overflow so better use this platform for learning until you are confident

Having SEO skill is nice but not important people talk about you and your work

Follow Technical blogs. for example mit, deepai, FbAi, google etc. This will keep your knowledge of the domain on track

Follow my Twitter account for regular updates

-Thanks

Interesting Repo for learning algorithms, important methods and essentials to clear almost 2-3 rounds of your technical interviews.

This Repo has several common/advanced algorithm implementations in above listed programming languages.

-Python
-Java
-C/CPP
-Go(GoLang):
-Javascript(codes mostly in ES6)

Repo

GoLang Fact: 40 times faster the Python. Kubernetes, Docker is completely written in Golang. prime stack for Google Products. it has inbuilt concurrency model. NodeJS is all about libuv(cpp build) which makes NodeJS async and GoLang has this feature inbuilt.

Tips for Developers

I wont talk about code, devOps or linting in this article. this post will list down some useful tips you can put in practice and i am sure it will help you in future.

1.) Create a doc immediately and write down solution you just approached for solving some bug. why ?

Answer: you dont do this because you are smart and lazy. this has happened many times in my life. i was struggling to fix some bug for days and once i resolved this, i just moved on and the next project i was assigned has exactly same bug and i wasted few days again.

2.) Create an Excel file and mention your daily work with Date and Time. why ?

Answer: incase attendance system crashes this will help if your company dont consider your attendance because of system failure. most company hire you for some other client and those client pay the company on hours of job you do. at the end of month, your company share your attendance to the client and client pays. what happens when company you are working with forgot record of your work OR client does the same ?

3.) if you are Introvert , your life wont be smooth. why ?

Answer: Introverts can only survive in corporate if they are excellent at their work. its also a truth, 90% introverts are more productive. Introverts dont like to bother orhers however they do like if someone comes to them and talk. problem is, your seniors would expect you to keep talking to them(boss-itch) stuff and i dont think you are there to entertain others. i have one liner solution: *use headphones and focus on your work(Best method) OR learn some butterForkMechanism.

4.) your Communication matters. why ?

Answer: you are good team member but company will only consider you for lead position if you are good at communication skills. i have seen many developers who have been working as software engineer for 7-8 years and some developer who's leading a team even they have overall 4 years of experience. when company creates list of employee they are going to fire, this perimeter is a vital one because they increase your pay every year but they cant put you on lead position.

5.) Dev Etiquette Important. why ?

Answer: there are some workplace etiquette you should follow. company monitors your behaviour with team and this adds point when your appraisal comes. they also take feedback from each member of the team. keep your workstation neat and clean. if you have big ego/attitude problem, make sure you are best member of the team(Skills).

this is what i have experienced. i fixed them slowly. dont take stress. remember, you succeed when you start making every situation interesting.

thanks.

Can AI/ML solve this Puzzle ?

Okay, first of all, i assume you dont think the earth is flat (just kidding)

(source: Insta/My Profile)

🎭 //Personal Opinion// 🎭

this will sound Z[f(z) = f(y)] perhaps but how machine learning gonna reveal the reality of multiverse or time reversal ?

people say, we have parallel universe which is just a replica that means, time is reversible. I mean spacetime is like a log file ? e=mc² says energy, mass are only transformed but never destroyed.

If we take this perception further, literally time is never destroyed because it's fourth dimension of universe and hence it gets transformed as a log format you can say(backup files)

Quantum computing has different thought they say nothing gets destroyed in an isolated system(universe) that means if Einstein was alive yet, we perhaps had solution for time reversal

Quantum computing has big trouble with Schrodinger's cat theory which says find my cat dead "and" alive which makes everything a puzzle

Now we say, artificial Intelligence can solve all this puzzle. I dont understand how. how can all this be modelled. Big bang, blackhole, speed of light, superposition bit-flips(0 becomes 1 automatically) and all.

Dont say we can start collecting data since big-bang was happend(srsly no 👏) But this is total amazing and dangerous if somehow this puzzle gets solved.

Note: i copied this post from my facebook page. its an old post but i thought i should share this with you guys too.

Hi,

Industry 4.0 utilizes best of resources but what if it becomes secure using blockchain?

This is just an architecture I thought about but I'm looking for your feedback on this so that I can move it forward for some concrete structure

Javascript Splice Vs Slice

Splice vs Slice!

the most confusing method of javascript which can be understood easily. Hope this helps ⤵️

slice:  copies array then operates
splice: doesnt copy array

slice is like you're creating multiple slices of 1 apple and splice I like you are making slices of apples itself

Let xArray = [1,9,9,2]
Let yFuntion = (array) =>{
    //slice the array
}
yFuntion(xArray)
Console.dir(xArray) : no effect

//=========

Let zFuntion = (array) =>{
    //"splice" the array
}
zFuntion(xArray)
Console.dir(xArray) : affected

Any other shortcut stuff you use for remembering these kind of method, share with us 🤝👌

This has been the most tricky/confusing javascript interview question for starters specially 😀

And this was my answer once which made interviewer shy: how the hell candidate will know if interviewer has speech recognition issue..

Btw, instead forloop, you can use "reducer" like this ⤵️

//

let reducer = (acm, value) => {
  const nextIndex = acm.findIndex(i => value < i );
  const index = nextIndex > -1 ? nextIndex : acm.length;
  acm.splice(index, 0, value);
  return acm;
}
// execution
Ley arr = [
arr.reduce(reducer, []) will produce [1,2,3,4]

Let me know how you answered this kind of interviews

Thanks!
