🤯 I Let an AI Agent Control My Workflow for a Day — Here’s What Happened

A few days ago I had a weird thought:

“What if an AI agent handled most of my developer workflow for an entire day?”

Not just answering prompts.

Actually acting like an autonomous assistant.

Planning.
Researching.
Debugging.
Generating ideas.
Organizing tasks.
Helping ship faster.

So I decided to experiment with it.

And honestly…

The results were both exciting and slightly terrifying.

🤖 The Difference Between Chatbots & AI Agents

Most people still think AI works like:
“Ask question → Get answer”

But AI agents are different.

They can:

Remember context
Perform multi-step tasks
Make decisions
Use tools
Improve workflows
Continue tasks autonomously

That changes EVERYTHING.

⚡ My Workflow Started Changing Fast

I used the AI agent for:

From an Ambitious Idea to a Real-Time Collaborative Platform — Building My Miro Clone 🚀

A few months ago, this project started as:
“Can I actually build something as complex as Miro?”

At first it sounded impossible.

Real-time collaboration.
Infinite canvas.
Smooth drag interactions.
Sticky notes.
Authentication.
Live syncing.

Everything felt WAY above my skill level.

But I still started building.

And honestly…

That decision changed how I think about development completely.

🧠 Why I Started This Project

I didn’t want to build another:

To-do app
Weather app
Basic CRUD project

I wanted something that would genuinely challenge me.

Something that forced me to:

Learn advanced frontend architecture
Understand real-time systems
Improve UI/UX thinking
Handle performance optimization
Build scalable full stack features

That’s how Canvra started.

⚡ The Hardest Part

The biggest challenge wasn’t writing code.

It was managing complexity.

At one point:

Some days I spent HOURS debugging tiny interaction bugs.

And honestly…
There were moments I thought about abandoning the project completely.
