      <description>&lt;p&gt;I still remember being a beginner I was always tensed of the fact that 'I am a beginner'.&lt;br&gt;
I wanted things to be certain and fast.To be precise,I desired to be a pro at all things!&lt;br&gt;
But gradually I realised that's not how it works in tech and in order to finish you have to start.&lt;br&gt;
Nothing can attain proficiency unless it's started; But that "&lt;strong&gt;start&lt;/strong&gt;" was my biggest insecurity which I overcame to some extent and still doing at certain things.&lt;br&gt;
‹‹There's no shame in being a beginner››&lt;br&gt;
It got me one whole year to realise this.&lt;br&gt;
Everybody's a beginner at first,its just the amount of work and efforts you put in.&lt;br&gt;
Your wandering beginner brain is so prone to ideas and curiosity that it remembers the initials you insert in.I remember one of my college senior told me- "&lt;em&gt;It's not mere ideas, but the actions you take to give them a real form...&lt;/em&gt;"&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And till date..I have kept the idea that "idea is not enough".Execution plays a much critical role,hence the title..Action drives ideas!..&lt;/p&gt;
