TECHNOLOGY

This is the big word with a lot of information on it right? Well, technology plays a huge and very important role in our daily lives, from simple apps to the most revolutionary inventions, each and every website or piece of software that we encounter has been built by webmasters (developers). We have to keep the bars high of ourselves as the time and world are drastically getting an upgrade on daily basis. So now the question is how should we do it? What’s the option for this? Your answer is BLOGS, it’ll help you to update yourself with new information. You aren’t late yet, this is the time to start reading Blogs daily or minimum weekly whenever you have a break.

They put a fun spin on videos, for keeping you engaged with humor while providing valuable content. They’re constantly posting new articles – almost daily – so you’ll never get bored.

 5. Scotch

So, you’ve been a web developer for a while, or maybe you’re just a fast learner. Either way, hats off to you! Some of the ‘beginner’ blogs outlined above may be a bit too junior for you, which is where Scotch.io comes in handy. This blog is full of tutorials on everything from JavaScript to PHP. They also offer some interesting courses that require minimal commitment and can help take your coding expertise to the next level.

 5. Codrops

 6. Codenewbie

 7. Web Dev

This blog site is very good. Here are some good tricks which you should know. The basic principles to learn, there's a lot of room for improvement across the web. With web.dev, you can see how your website is performing, and learn tips to improve your user experience. Practice new skills for the modern web and expand your knowledge on:

People who don't accept their mistakes and blame other persons or give some excuses like -

1) He/she is older they won't get it.
2) My colleagues/friends/boss isn't worth it, they won't help me.
3) Why should I ask someone junior/senior to me (our ego).
4) let it be I'll do it later.
5) If I asked him/her/them what will they think about me.

Just tell your brain "STOP GIVING EXCUSES START WORKING ON YOUR MISTAKES" that would be much better.
Trust me, these things will show your attitude towards the things. Our official nature should be always good and positive. As you are spending a lot of time with your colleagues, yes sometimes there is a lot of misuse, misunderstandings, and problems for these things. But if you are correct on your side nothing will have an impact on you. Truth always wins.l
Stay positive in every situation, whatever it is don't leave your kindness, truth. There are the possibilities that you may get failure somewhere in your path but just because of this don't let yourself down, also you'll be noticed by this attitude towards others and definitely, people will give you a different position in their eyes and heads, people will respect this positive attitude.

I always follow these things and try that everyone around me does that it helps me in my workaholic life. If I do some mistakes I will accept in front of everyone without any fear, I know it's difficult. But if I didn't do that then simply I have to put it on someone else which is not correct right? But I can work on this and make it better in any way I can.

You should learn from your juniors & senior too. You must have heard that sometimes children teach us a good lesson.
"BE IT ANY AGE, ALWAYS BE A LEARNER' 👍

Hey there!
You're from IT ?
So you've came at the right blog!
We have some new features in chrome -
Sometimes CSS debugging is very tough for developers. We don't even know how many unused CSS we write and incorrect syntax etc.

Let's see what new features chrome is providing us -
So here Chrome is giving us some new features that will relax us with tricky CSS. By using these features, we will can get an overview of our website like - about fonts, colors, number of unused declarations, number of media queries, etc.

Open up DevTools (Command+Option+I on Mac; Control+Shift+I on Windows)

Head over to DevTool Settings (? or Function+F1 on Mac; ? or F1 on Windows)

Click open the Experiments section

Enable the CSS Overview option

Have a look at this! We get a different CSS overview tab in devtools menu, when we close Settings. You have to make sure that it's not hidden in overflow menu.

Also notice that the your report is divided in some sections which should include colors, fonts, unused declaration and some media queries. Now that's a quite a lot of info available very easily in a little space just served for you.

Now if you pay attention you would notice that this helps us not only as front enders but also as designers. As a web designer can sort this and start checking our work to make sure that from head to toe or from color palette to the font stack everything is cleared/ sorted.

Should I attend each & every training in my office❓

Today I came up with this topic because I observed that a lot of people don't want to attend training programs organized by their firms and only a handful show interest.

I guess a lot of people have surplus money to splurge on paid training programs and give the free training programs organized by their offices a miss. Sometimes, even if it is useful for them, they find reasons not to attend.

They either make excuses or convince themselves by saying:
a) it's not for us
b) we've already learned a lot
c) we're satisfied with the work we are doing.

Category one people:
A company announces training on advance react. People who know the basics of this topic will think it is advanced and even if I attend this, they won't be able to understand anything, so they skip it 😐

Category two people:
Wow! the company is providing training on advance react. I already know the basics and whatever this session covers will benefit me. I will get to know some advanced topics as well. It will help me to get involved in react. Yeah, I will attend this.😇

In simple terms, If you don't know what you need to learn then how will you learn? Always, try to involve in all the training programs organized by your company. Believe me, it will really help you grow.

Learning is to mind what exercise is to body. Your mind stays active when you engage it in learning something that you like. Having said this, it is not necessary that you sign up for all the training programs your office organizes. Relevance, interest, benefit, and the learning objectives are a few factors you should consider before opting for a training program. Soft skills are a completely different area and the criteria for selecting a program are very different. Most of the soft skills topics are interconnected and focus on softer aspects like personality, thinking, attitude, behavior, etiquette, and many more, hence relevance is always present for someone who wants to work on his or her soft skills and personality. In the world of soft skills, the more training programs you attend the more you learn.

What also important is protecting your learning appetite so that you can keep learning forever. Sometimes, it is recommended that you give yourself a break from learning and let your mind relax failing which you experience a loss of learning appetite. Loss of learning appetite is often a result of over or exhaustive learning. Striking the right balance is the key.

One more thing I would like to add here is please don't give an excuse such as I am busy I don't have time to attend. Not at all! If you have time to eat, sleep, use your phone, check friend's status or stories, which are useless, then why not dedicate some time to learning. Your knowledge and skills will help you more than anyone can. Remember that.

Happy learning & attend training 😊

They say we should be able to put new things on our resume every 6 months. What skills have you learned since March? Have you utilized this time to update your skills?
For me:

C (on the way)

Git

I finished a few online courses provided by google & TCS.

Attended some advance Angular training.

DS (on the way)

Finally, I decided to start working on my portfolio.

I joined twitter so that daily I can learn new things from twitter dev family too.

If you didn't add any new skills in your resume please start today. Not too much daily try to learn at least two new things. Before sleeping just ask yourself what you learned today? Keep practicing.

Happy Learning, Keep Learning .....
