I've just finished with design for my first freelance project and about to start coding it.
Although I am satisfied how it looks, I would love to ask for critique from experienced UI/UX designers to further improve my design.

Quitting 9-5 job to learn web dev technologies?

I am struggling to make progress learning front end technologies while having a full time job. Although I can work couple of hours after work and on weekends I am not satisfied with the progress I make.

Would love to hear your opinion and experiences on ditching the full time job and focus only on web development.
Any tips, thoughts, stories would be very appreciated.

Recently started learning front end web technologies and I am curios which software/application you recommend for designing web sites?

I heard about Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma but not quite sure which one to pick...

Any suggestion, article or video on this topic would be very helpful.
