I got tired of copy-pasting the same Express folder structure every project, so I built this

Every time I start a new Node.js project I spend the first 20 minutes making the same folders, writing the same database connection, copy-pasting the same middleware. So I built a CLI that does it in one command.

beb generate <project-name>

Gives you a full Express + MongoDB structure with auth middleware, error handling, and TypeScript or CommonJS — your choice.
Still early but it works. Would love feedback from anyone who's felt the same pain.

🚀 Meet Noty: The Chrome Extension That Finally Fixed My Messy Workflow

I didn’t expect a tiny Chrome extension to change how I work…

but Noty did exactly that.

If your browser looks like this:

20+ tabs open

Bookmarks you never check

Docs you lose daily

Notes scattered everywhere

Same.

But here's what fixed it. 👇

⚡ Meet Noty: Your New "Save Everything Fast" Tool

Noty lets you:

Save any page with Alt + S

Take quick notes right inside your browser

Tag + organize everything

Search your saved stuff instantly

Keep research, tutorials, docs, and ideas in one place

It feels like bookmarks, notes, and a mini knowledge base—combined.

 🎯 Why Devs Love It

I use it to:

Save GitHub repos

Keep track of tutorials

Store StackOverflow answers

Keep notes per project

Capture tools I want to try later

All without breaking my flow.

 🧪 Try It Yourself (Free)

No account.

No setup.

Just install → save → done.

👉 Add Noty to Chrome (Free)

💬 What do you save the most?

Docs? Tutorials? Repos?

Drop it in the comments — I want to see how others use Noty!

If this helped you, hit ❤️ so more devs can find it!

10 VS Code Extensions I Can’t Live Without in 2025

As developers, our tools can make or break our workflow — and VS Code is one of the most powerful editors out there. Over the years, I’ve tested dozens of extensions, but only a handful have truly stuck. In this post, I’m sharing the 10 VS Code extensions that I genuinely use every day — the ones that boost my focus, code quality, and overall efficiency. Whether you're just starting out or looking to optimize your setup, these picks might just change your workflow too. My favorites include: GitLens for visualizing Git history inline, Prettier to auto-format code consistently, Tabnine/Codeium for AI-assisted autocomplete, Error Lens for inline linting, VS Code Icons to visually identify files, REST Client for testing APIs without Postman, npm Intellisense to autocomplete packages from node_modules, dotenv for .env syntax highlighting, TODO Highlight to keep track of tasks, and Project Manager to quickly switch between different projects. What’s your go-to VS Code extension? Drop it in the comments!
