Hey everyone! Just wanted to share something that’s been helping me out. I used to struggle with keeping track of what I eat—sometimes I’d eat more than I thought, or forget to note down when I was trying to cut back.

I started using this app called EATView2, and it’s made things so much easier. It lets me track my food habits, set custom goals, and actually see if I’m sticking to them. Whether you want to increase, reduce, or just maintain parts of your diet, it gives you a clear view with flexible tracking and a calendar overview.

Super simple, works offline, and has some helpful food info too. Honestly, it’s been a big help for staying consistent with healthier habits.

Check it out! Available now on IOS and Android
