I learned about the ins and outs of box style, including how to make a separate CSS file that acts as a "style sheet" and dictates specific elements are formatted across however many HTML pages are linked to that style sheet! It was very fun having more control over the actual look of a page rather than just the content.

I also learned about flex and how children elements interact with their parent, as well as the different ways to align the content. I played quite a bit of Froggy Flexbox too! 🐸

I learned and practiced a lot of basic HTML and CSS today using Scrimba's HTML & CSS Crash Course. While it was a struggle getting Scrimba's website to work, I eventually made a new account and got started! I can confidently create a website with text, images, lists, and website links – all with my chosen color scheme. I took more extensive notes and uploaded them to my Github.
