“People should pursue what they're passionate about. That will make them happier than pretty much anything else.’’ Elon Musk said.😎
As Elon said l am the happiest person because of the task force. Having enthusiasm is more curiously when you’re in your environment’s enthusiasm. As the story of Five weeks passed in the task force.
Week five was more interesting where I learned a lot of things, especially technical-wise. We were building our App endpoints (API) as a Backend team, indeed in case we are two in a back-end team which is kinder a challenge but we oversee to work together and as a team of cause, we are stepping to another level with GraphQL Which is a query language for APIs.
Indeed on the off chance that it’s a modern thing in us but we have as of now done a few inquiries about for presently we have done with a few endpoints where a full web App must be completed at the conclusion of this week. Something else l learned this week was self-organization, I used to know that self-organization is about being on time and doing work given at the perfect time but l found that Is more than that as in a team once everyone did his/her task it makes a big impact to the project given.
We also saw more about Design thinking which is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. It was the best experience since I didn’t know it before, and one of the tools that will help me in my career as a software engineer.

All in all, this was yet another educational, insightful, and fun week and I can't wait to see what comes next.🤩

Hi, here is my legend role model’s quote saying:
“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. ” Steve Jobs said.
It was week four in my journey of the task force, we connected more dots as the quote said I looked back and l see that l attain much experience with numerous skills.
We had #handsOnkeyboard as the hashtag of the week. It was more fun making endpoints through new technology which is GraphQL, I had to do the authentication, but the process comes with some bugs, but since we are in the team, we tried to resolve them, but even our facilitator assisted us. It's a great experience where my goal is for everyone at CODE OF AFRICA AND AWES0MITYLAB to enjoy GraphQL doing API😎.

The week was also super cool to know a lot about time management had an insight into time management, but so far I've learned more about it. Where we lay down the main keys to time management where I used to do only two to three of them.
We have also found more about a good talk in the presentation can be, for me before it was hard to present well but so far there are many changes.
Actually this week we exploited much as our team we didn’t know that there is more than two WHY’s on any problem that happened but so far we went deep to 5WHY’s.
All in all, I saw that “The first step is to establish that something is possible; Elon Musk said. As am still studying I realized am becoming the best version in the industry of tech.
Thanks to @codeofafrica, @awosamitylab.🤩

Task force 5.0 Week three recap{stereotype}

Another week of happiness and challenges, we started with values where we sow code of Africa values and why they took that values.
This week we get into stereotype for deference cultures, for myself I sow that stereotype can be miss understanding to difference people where we can do sign or gestures to mean something where on other hand means dad thing.
This showed me that first thing to understand and communicate with new people with difference cultural is to first make research on their cultural so that you can not make a mistake through the first impression.
The biggest challenge I meet this week was the preparation of presentation where we had short time to make it.
It was a challenge to as it was technical skills to make it so that any challenging question on that stage I was not able well to answer them.
But all in all I tried hard to overcome those questions and Kagabo helped us to.
But it was good experience to overcome that challenge to learn quickly and deliver some of the given content.
We also continued deep in cultural awareness where we sow much how we think difference opinions
As the fact and opinions with searching more information on difference point.
We also sow about database structure of the system we will build through this taskforce we designed the structure of the system.
All in all this week was challenging week but more experienced through many things but mainly values and communication I sow that to communication well first to research on the people’s cultural so that I can not make a mistake thinking am doing good.
Thanks to Task Force #CoA and #Awesomity Lab.

Task force 5.0 Week Two Recap

It was a very interesting week of good technical and soft skills experience.

Technical skills were about communication, we have gone through the polite and professional way to respond to an email and not ask close questions, I have been making a lot of mistakes but after the session l gained a lot.
With Hans, we sow a lot and we played a role where l was an employee but the boss tried to tell me the bad news it was a good experience of knowing deep about empathy.

It's been a new challenge for me through code wars kata, where we have to do them lonely it was a way of thinking very big to solve all the Codewars katas, this was really amazing but honestly, teamwork wins in a very short time. but l enjoyed them.

It works on my machine!
This is one the best to get the value of git and DevOps, through technical skills l enjoyed the course we took with the CTO of Awesomity Lab.

we saw the importance of git and even DevOps for myself, l didn't know well about DevOps but I even enjoyed it as it aims to shorten the systems development life cycle and provide continuous delivery with high software quality for the git, it was amazing in going into all of the Git processes.

For myself, l was using GitHub but in our session, we have gone with GitLab it was challenging but later l enjoyed it through pipelines and even automating some jobs.

For the presentation, we got some challenging questions but after we overcome them and even more to add on what we had.

It was the best catchy week for all the sessions we had l learned a lot, thanks to #CoA and #Awesomity Lab.

Task force 5.0 week 1 Experience

first of all, it was a very interesting, enjoyable, and educational moment during this first week as a Taskforce
on day one was really amazing where we had to move an egg at the first time we didn't make it but we made it after it was really fun, this helped me to find a solution in a very short time and deliver the answer in a teamwork way.
the day after we started studying ourselves through 16personalities where it was like seeing myself through my strength and weakness and even people we have the same type ( protagonist ) like Obama and others and also it was a very challenging day with Codewars katas as its name say sure its war through code where we got four questions to solve and very challenging but honestly was a very good way to think and even way of opening my mind we ended up seeing about an agile methodology
Day three was entering in a new world where we sow agile methodology and its's framework scrum me I had the experience of using waterfall methodology but I sow that in agile methodology is the best way to communicate with the client and to make changes and after we try to know how to do well remotely call, we sow tips to make a good remote call
on our day four we get our session remotely seeing about our 16peronalities where we presented remotely and even we get to prepare our first Friday presentation about an agile methodology

our Friday was the joyful and happiest day as we did our first presentation it was a very good experience and educational through our team and after we enjoyed having fun playing games and even celebrating out teammate birthday but was really amazing.
all in all, eek one was very educational and motivational and of course lenses in teams best way to pass all challenges.
