They fail because they don’t solve the right problem or meet the user’s real needs.</p> <p>And that’s where feedback comes in.</p> <h2> Why Feedback Is Critical </h2> <p>When you're building an app, you're making hundreds of assumptions:</p> <ul> <li><p>What users really want</p></li> <li><p>Which features matter most</p></li> <li><p>What frustrates them enough to leave</p></li> </ul> <p>If you launch without validating those assumptions, you risk building features no one cares about, creating a confusing experience, or missing crucial bugs that frustrate users.</p> <p>Collecting feedback during development allows you to:</p> <p>Catch usability issues before they cost you users.<br> A confusing button placement or a feature that doesn't work on mobile can drive people away quickly.</p> <p>Prioritize features based on real demand, not guesses.<br> You don’t waste time building things nobody wants.</p> <p>Build <strong>trust</strong> with users.<br> Users love to see their suggestions implemented—it makes them feel part of the process.</p> <h2> Why Detailed Context Matters </h2> <p>A simple “it’s not working” message isn’t enough.</p> <p>To fix issues quickly, you need context:</p> <ul> <li><p>What device were they using? (Desktop, mobile, tablet)</p></li> <li><p>Which operating system? (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux)</p></li> <li><p>Which browser and version? (Chrome 127, Safari 17, etc.)</p></li> <li><p>What exactly happened and when?</p></li> <li><p>Their contact information for further communication</p></li> </ul> <p>Without this information, developers spend hours trying to replicate bugs instead of fixing them.
