Many computers come with English as the default language, but sometimes we need a different language, especially when moving to a new area. If you forget to request a specific language before your computer ships, don't worry! You can easily change the default system language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll guide you through it.

Before we begin, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync between devices. To avoid any issues, it's best to turn this off before making changes. Here's how:

Open Settings.
Click on Accounts.
Click on Sync your settings.
Turn off the Language preferences toggle switch.

We can now change the language settings using the Settings application.
To change the default language for the entire system, continue with the following steps:

Open Settings.
Click Time and Language.
Click Region and Language.
Under Languages, click the Add Language button.
Use the search box to find the language you want to use.
Select a language, and then click the Next button.
Check the Set as my Windows display language option.
Check the additional features you want to install.
Click the Install button.
Under "Windows Display Language", make sure the new language is selected.
Under Country or Region, select your region if it does not match your current region.

Activation Note:

Please make sure that the key version is the same as the system version, if the key version is not the same as the system version, the activation will fail.

Skipping Network Setup Steps on OOBE Page for Pre-installed Windows 11 22H2

Overview:
Mini PCs manufactured in 2022 come pre-installed with the latest version of Windows 11 22H2. However, with Windows 11 installed, new PCs require internet connection during the initial setup wizard or after system reinstallation to smoothly enter the desktop. Before the 22H2 version of Windows 11, skipping network setup was possible. Since 22H2, skipping network setup is no longer feasible. This guide introduces a method applicable to Windows 11 22H2 for bypassing network setup and logging into Microsoft account.

Solution Steps:

In the setup wizard of the latest Windows 11 22H2 version on a new PC, skipping network setup is no longer possible. Initially, refrain from connecting to the internet (do not plug in Ethernet cable, do not connect to Wi-Fi). When the screen appears as shown above (1-1), press the Shift + F10 keys on the keyboard to open the command prompt (for keyboards with an Fn key, press Fn + Shift + F10).
In the command prompt, type "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" and press Enter. The computer will automatically restart. After the restart, an option "I don't have internet" will appear. Click on this option to skip network setup and enter the system desktop.

If you encounter this issue after performing Windows updates, try uninstalling the latest updates to see if it helps resolve the blue screen error.

Open "Run" using Windows + R.
Enter ms-settings:windowsupdate and press Enter to open the Windows Update page.

In the "More options" section, select "Update history."

Choose "Uninstall updates" to view and uninstall the latest updates.

Right-click the latest Windows update in the list and select "Uninstall" to remove it.

Restart your PC and check if the problem is resolved after removing the latest Windows updates.

In this article, we will introduce several effective methods to resolve the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR blue screen error in Win11, hoping to assist users in addressing this issue.

Fix 1: Perform Disk Check Using chkdsk

Press the Windows key and R key simultaneously to open the "Run" dialog.
Type cmd and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open Command Prompt with administrative privileges.

Enter the following command and press Enter to execute it: chkdsk /f /r C:
Press the Y key on the keyboard to schedule a check the next time the system restarts.

Restart your computer. The disk check process will commence during startup.
Wait for the check to complete. Once successfully done, your system will boot up.

Fix 2: Update Display Adapter

Press Windows + R to open the "Run" dialog.
Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter to open Device Manager.

Click the down arrow next to Display adapters to expand it.
Right-click your display adapter and select "Update driver."

Choose "Browse my computer for driver software."

In the next window, select "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer."

Choose the compatible driver and click Next.

Your driver software will now update to the latest version.
Restart your PC and check if the error has been resolved.

Fix 3: Uninstall Problematic Drivers

Follow steps 1 and 2 of Fix 2 to open Device Manager.
Check for drivers with a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.
Right-click any such drivers and select "Uninstall device."

Confirm the uninstallation in the pop-up window.
After the uninstallation process, Device Manager will refresh. Sometimes, drivers of this type may be the cause of the issue.

2-8, Your name: enter the user name, Choose a password: enter the password. (Please remember the password entered here.) After confirming that there is no error, click Continue to start installing the system, this step usually takes about 10 minutes, please wait until the installation is complete.

2-9、After completing the installation, remove the USB flash drive, select Restart Now, and then press Enter to enter the system desktop after reboot.

Ⅲ, ubuntu system many times need root privileges to use normally, the following introduction to open the root user and set the root password steps.

3-1, press Ctrl + Alt + T keys to open Terminal (Terminal), user@user-virtual-nachine:~s: enter sudo passwd root and enter, in turn, enter the current login user password, to set the root password, confirm the root password. (Note: It is recommended that you use a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers for the root password, not less than 8 digits, such as Abc123456). I. Make a bootable USB flash drive

1-1, go to the official website of Ubuntu to download the image file.

1-2, Download Rufus.exe software from Rufus official website.

1-3, after successful download, insert the USB flash drive and run Rufus.exe, select USB flash drive in the drive properties (this operation will format all the data in the USB flash drive, if you have important data, please backup in advance!) 2-2. Launch Rufus 3.2. In the "Device" dropdown menu, select the USB flash drive that you inserted. Then, click on the "Boot Selection" button and choose the "lubuntu-20.04 ISO image file". Ensure that the "Partition scheme" is set to "GPT". Verify that there are no errors and proceed by clicking on the "START" button.

2-3. A dialog box will prompt you with the option to select "Write in ISO Image mode (Recommended)". Click "OK" to confirm this option, then click "OK" again to initiate the writing process. Wait for the write process to complete; you'll see a green "READY" icon once it's finished successfully. Click "CLOSE" to exit Rufus.

These steps ensure that you've correctly prepared the USB flash drive with the Lubuntu ISO image for installation.

Ⅲ. Installation of Lubuntu 20.04

3-1. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the system where you want to install Lubuntu. Press the power button to turn on the computer, then quickly press the F11 key to access the Boot menu. From the Boot menu, select the USB flash drive prefixed with "UEFI:" and press Enter to initiate the system installation wizard.

3-2. In the installation wizard, choose "Start Lubuntu" and double-click on "Install Lubuntu 20.04 LTS". Follow the prompts to select your preferred language, region, and keyboard model. Click "Next" to proceed to the next step.

3-3. Select the storage device (hard disk) where you want to install Lubuntu. Choose the option to "Erase disk" and click "Next". Set your desired username and password for the system, then click "Next". Review the configuration to ensure accuracy, then click "Install" or "Install Now" to begin the installation process.

3-4. Wait for the installation to complete successfully. Once done, click "Done" and the computer will reboot automatically.
