&lt;p&gt;Para listas pequenas, a diferença é quase imperceptível. Mas em listas maiores, a versão com for pode ser ligeiramente mais rápida se usarmos &lt;code&gt;reserveCapacity&lt;/code&gt;. &lt;br&gt;
Isso evita redimensionamentos repetidos do array enquanto ele é preenchido, otimizando o desempenho.&lt;/p&gt;
