One thing I’ve realized while building software: Developers often spend more time preparing test data than actually testing the application.
That frustration is what inspired me to build FakeTools. https://faketools.in

Built a Free JSON/API Payload + Temp/Disposable Email Tool for Developers

While building and testing applications, I kept facing the same issue repeatedly: Creating realistic test data was messy and time-consuming.
Between:

generating JSON payloads,

handling signup emails,

creating passwords/UUIDs,

and mocking realistic user data,

the setup work often took longer than the actual testing.
So I decided to build a lightweight tool focused purely on developer and QA workflows.
The idea behind FakeTools was simple:
Generate realistic test data instantly, without signup or unnecessary complexity.

Current features include:

JSON/API payload generation

Custom fields for payloads

Temporary/disposable email

UUID generator

Custom password generator

Try it here:
https://faketools.in

Would genuinely love feedback from developers and testers on what could make this more useful in real-world workflows.
