What I Learned From Hacktoberfest

It's been an amazing journey. Completing the Hacktoberfest2020 give me immense satisfaction. It was my first ever HacktoberFest. I'm glad that I participated in it. I get myself familiar with the concepts of Git and Production-level code in flutter and Android.
I will continue my journey in the world of Open-Source development which I started with HacktoberFest2020. Getting Selected in GSoC is the big picture. Thank you Hacktoberfest community and Digital Ocean for organizing this event. Also a big thanks to Dev.to community. A special thanks to @dhintz89

After 3 long months of "Analysis Paralysis", I decided to enter the world of web dev. Now, I know there are tons of resources, tons of roadmap but I will still take the community and devs advice. Looking forward to helping and ask for help in the community. Feel free to drop advice, roadmap, tips, resources which will help me in advancing my journey in this web dev world.

P.S.: I am not a newbie, I have been learning Java and I am familiar with the concept of OOPS.

After browsing, searching and watching several resources I developed this roadmap for becoming a java developer. core java-> advance java-> jsp servlet-> spring/apache/hibernate.
Core java is a must then comes advance java which includes Java servlets, JSP,JDBC, maven/gradle ,hibernate/spring.
Comment down your thoughts below. If something is missing please comment down. It will help many tech enthusiast like me who want to become a Java developer.

I came across a LinkedIn in post which said that you can start GSoC with no coding experience!!! Is it true??? If yes how do we do it??? Also how do one can get started with open-source contribution?? I am a flutter developer and developed some apps how do I contribute to flutter open-source? I need a roadmap. Please provide me with information.

Spring boot or Django?Why?

Being a tech enthusiast I always find myself exploring various areas of technologies.
Currently I am about to start backend development but I need to choose a path. Since Spring and Django both are used I am confused about choosing one of them. Tell me your opinions down in comments, why did you choose either of them? What mades you felt that? Do they need improvement?
