Free Resume Bullet Rewriter (Impact-Focused)

One of the hardest parts of writing a resume isn’t the formatting — it’s the bullet points.

A lot of resumes fail because the bullets are vague:
• “Responsible for…”
• “Worked on…”
• “Helped with…”

Recruiters and ATS systems don’t respond well to that.

While job searching, I built a small free tool that helps rewrite weak resume bullets into clearer, impact-focused statements.

 What the tool does

The Resume Bullet Rewriter takes:

your role

your existing bullet

(optionally) the target job description

It then generates a structured prompt you can paste into ChatGPT to produce stronger bullets that:

use action verbs

focus on outcomes

include metrics where possible

No account required.

 How to use it

Enter your role and current bullet

Click “Build prompt”

Paste the prompt into ChatGPT

Copy the rewritten bullet and tweak as needed

Here’s the tool:
https://creatoros-web.github.io/interviewkit/tools/resume-bullet-rewriter.html

I’m also building a small collection of similar job-search tools (ATS keywords, cover letters, interview answers, follow-ups):

https://creatoros-web.github.io/interviewkit/

If you’re job searching, I’d love feedback on what parts of resume writing are the most frustrating.

Free ATS Keyword Extractor (No Signup)

When applying for jobs, one of the most frustrating things is knowing your resume is solid, but still getting filtered out.

A big reason for that is ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Most companies use ATS software to scan resumes for keywords pulled directly from the job description. If your resume doesn’t match closely enough, it never reaches a human.

I kept running into this problem while job searching, so I built a small free tool to make this step easier.

 What the tool does

The ATS Keyword Extractor takes a job description and pulls out:

Core role keywords

Hard skills

Soft skills

Tools and platforms

Must-have vs nice-to-have requirements

It doesn’t rewrite your resume or apply automatically. Instead, it generates a structured prompt you can paste into ChatGPT and then customize the output for your own resume.

No account required.

 How to use it

Paste a job description

Click “Build prompt”

Paste the prompt into ChatGPT

Copy the keywords into your resume where relevant

That’s it.

Here’s the tool:
https://creatoros-web.github.io/interviewkit/tools/ats-keyword-extractor.html

Why I built it this way

I wanted something:

Fast

Free

Flexible

Not locked behind a signup

You stay in control of the final resume — this just saves time and removes guesswork.

If you’re interested, I’ve also been building a small collection of similar job-search tools (resume bullets, cover letters, interview answers, follow-ups):

https://creatoros-web.github.io/interviewkit/

Feedback is welcome — especially ideas for other tools that would actually help during job searching.
