We urgently need every idea, every creativity, every enthusiasm, every commitment and every talent for the enormous tasks that lie ahead of us in order to shape and manage the challenging future of humanity. Prejudices are wrong in so many ways … and what are they good for at all? It would be great if it did not take such insights to realize that everyone must be given equal chances and be treated with respect. There is no alternative now and none in the future.

Privileged people, and I am doubtless one of them, have to help and share … always - then there are only winners. I will do my best and not stop talking & discussing these issues, thinking about them, reflecting myself and my actions and paying attention to my language and its effect on others.

If you experience dropouts or poor quality video calls, this may be due to a busy connection. In this case it is often useful to prioritize video call services over other services such as file downloads and web pages. With most routers, you can configure this accordingly by entering the appropriate ports. Many services have several ports, which should all be entered. I have done this in my Fritzbox router and it has improved the stability of video calls a lot. You should also try it once!

Google Meet
19305-19309 TCP/UDP

MS Teams
3478-3481 UDP

Slack
22466 UDP

Finding the ports is not that easy. If you have found more ports, please post them here under the article! 👍
