Creating an EC2 Instance

Step 1:
In the Search Bar, type EC2 and choose the first option

Click Launch Instance

In the Launch Instance Environment, in the name bar, type in a name and click Add Additional Tags

In the Name and Tag Section, for the Key info and value info Bar, type in while for the Resource Types, click the drop-down arrow and select Instances

In the Application and OS Images (Amazon Machine Images), select any of the Operating systems you want, though I will choose Windows Microsoft

In the Key Pair (Login) section, click Create new key pair and fill in the necessary information on the new bar that pops up

In the Network Setting Section, tick the Allow RDP traffic from and Allow HTTP traffic from the Internet

In cloud computing, a virtual machine (VM) is a digital representation of a real computer operating in a virtualized environment. It runs on shared physical hardware under the control of a cloud provider, but it has its own operating system, storage, and apps.

The first step in any project work is to create a resource group
Below are the steps to create a resource group

Step 1
in the Microsoft Azure portal
in the Search Bar, type Resource Group and hit enter, and the resource group with an icon will gray out

Step 2
Select the Resource Group and in the resource group environment, select + Create

Steps on how to create a virtual machine

Step 1
In the Microsoft Azure portal, locate the Search Bar, and type Virtual Machines and hit enter

Click the drop-down arrow by + Create and choose virtual machine

In the create virtual machine environment, navigate to the Resource Group area, and if you have created the resource group earlier, click the drop-down and select and if not, click create new

In cloud computing, storage is a service that enables users and organizations to store, manage, and retrieve data via the internet rather than utilizing actual hardware on-site, such as local servers or hard drives.
Public Storage is a cloud-based service that enables users to store and retrieve data via the internet. It is scalable, secure, and highly available. It is based on Azure's worldwide infrastructure, which makes it possible for businesses to effectively manage and distribute data, including documents, media files, backups, and online assets.

Step 1
In the Microsoft Azure portal
In the Search Bar, type Storage Accounts and hit enter, and the storage accounts with an icon will gray out

Step 2
Click on the storage accounts and select + create

Step 3
In the Storage account environment,
For Resource Group section, click on create new and give it a name.

Step 4
In the Storage Account Name section, name it Publicwebsite and add acronyms to make it unique because Storage Account Name must be Globally Unique that is, it has not been used by any other person. For the Region, you have to choose a Region from the drop-down options and for the other information, in most cases, they are default and click Review + Create and wait for validation to be successful

An essential first step in developing cloud-based solutions, if you have created a Microsoft account, is setting up a storage account. This article will guide you through setting up a public and private storage account on the Azure portal.

login into your Microsoft Account and type in your email and password
