**Fire and Ashes **is an immersive horror experience where madness and reality intertwine, and every sound can give you away. The monsters hear your screams… even beyond the hospital.

📌 1977. Henry Grey wakes up in the Paul Staderbeiger Psychiatric Hospital. Haunted by the ghosts of his past, he finds himself in a place where everything around him becomes harder and harder to explain.

The hospital is only the beginning. Henry descends into distorted worlds where fear, memories, and reality merge into one.

Exploring ruined corridors and the strange spaces beyond them, he gradually uncovers the truth about his past — a truth that may be worse than any nightmare.

Key Features:

Advanced voice integration — the game reacts to your breathing, whispers, and screams

Use your voice to survive — hide, distract enemies, or provoke them

Constant tension — enemies can hear you and will hunt you down

Journey beyond the hospital into worlds where logic breaks down

Survival and combat using whatever you can find

Exploration, puzzles, and gradual story discovery

Uncertainty of reality — is this still real, or pure madness?

The demo is already available.

A quick update on Lethal Grace — our fast-paced FPS where movement is as important as shooting

Sharing a small update on how development of our game Lethal Grace is going. It’s a fast-paced first-person shooter where movement is just as important as shooting.

You play as Grace, a beautiful android working for a powerful corporation.
Wall-running, time slowdown, using the environment to your advantage, and large-scale destruction are all part of the gameplay. Along the way you’ll be tearing through both humans and robots.

What’s new lately?
🔸 Slides are now fully implemented — they blend naturally into combat and help you quickly reposition
🔸 Wall-running improved — movement feels faster and much smoother now
🔸 Physics and destructibility upgraded — the environment now plays a much bigger role in firefights
🔸 Three full levels are already built, and we’re actively testing the gameplay on them

What inspires the project?
🔸 Atmosphere and themes are partly inspired by Detroit: Become Human
🔸 Combat pacing draws from a mix of Titanfall 2 and the modern RoboCop: fast firefights, vertical gameplay, and constant movement
🔸 We’re aiming for a blend of high-speed action and a dramatic cyberpunk-style story

We also want to push the parkour mechanics further. Several movement systems are already in place, and we plan to expand them so levels can be approached in different ways.

Now we’re curious to hear from you.
What mechanics, weapons, or even crazy ideas would you like to see in a game like this?

Hunt the Monsters Within: The Soul Demo Out Now

As part of Steam Next Fest, a demo of the cinematic horror game The Soul has been released. It follows a monster hunter and features a unique voice control mechanic.

The Soul tells the story of a hunter tracking creatures that hide among humans. The game confidently blurs the line between the player and the protagonist.

Key Features:
• Cinematic cutscenes
• Voice-controlled dialogue mechanic: speak into your microphone and the main character will say your words aloud
• Investigation and exploration
• Choices that affect the course of events
• Combat system

Where is the line between good and evil? As you step into Max’s role, will you be able to complete the investigation and truly understand his soul? The demo is available now:
Steam

True Thief: How does stealth work

In our game True Thief we don’t reinvent stealth from scratch. Instead, we take proven mechanics and make them as clear, smooth, and fun as possible.

Here are the core tricks of the main character, Envet Noct:

Bushes are your best friend
Sometimes the smartest tactic is simply to disappear. Step into the bushes, stay still, let the patrol pass, and you’re practically a ghost.

Noise as a weapon
Why fight when you can outsmart? Throw an object to the side, the enemy runs off to check what made the sound, and you calmly move on.

Darkness is your ally
It’s simple: light is the enemy, shadows are your protection.
Using light and darkness wisely becomes the key to successful stealth.

Smoke bombs for emergency situations
When everything goes wrong, it’s time for plan B: throw a smoke bomb, create chaos, and vanish without a trace.

The bottom line: less noise, more clever moves.
So. Tell us, which game has your favorite stealth experience?

Here are the core tricks of the main character, Envet Noct:

Bushes are your best friend
Sometimes the smartest tactic is simply to disappear. Step into the bushes, stay still, let the patrol pass, and you’re practically a ghost.
**
Noise as a weapon**
Why fight when you can outsmart? Throw an object to the side, the enemy runs off to check what made the sound, and you calmly move on.

Darkness is your ally
It’s simple: light is the enemy, shadows are your protection.
Using light and darkness wisely becomes the key to successful stealth.

Smoke bombs for emergency situations
When everything goes wrong, it’s time for plan B: throw a smoke bomb, create chaos, and vanish without a trace.

The bottom line: less noise, more clever moves.
So. Tell us, which game has your favorite stealth experience?

The Black Ice is an atmospheric horror game set at the abandoned Antarctic research station Vostok, a place cut off from the world by ice, isolation, and unanswered questions.

The project was developed over a year and a half by Antelus Games in collaboration with St. Petersburg–based Red Crab Games. What started as a compact horror concept has gradually grown into a much larger world. At its current early access stage, the game offers around three to four hours of gameplay, with the story only beginning to unfold. Future updates are planned to introduce new locations, expand the narrative, and deepen the overall experience.

The premise is simple on the surface. A lone agent is sent to the station after a distress signal abruptly cuts off. No communication. No clear explanation. Upon arrival, the station is empty, frozen in time. The player must piece together what happened to the crew, why the facility was abandoned, and what is hidden behind sealed doors scattered throughout the complex.

The title The Black Ice refers to a rare and unsettling phenomenon. Beneath the Antarctic surface lies ancient ice containing foreign particles, possibly not of terrestrial origin, preserved for millions of years. In the game, this idea becomes a central metaphor and narrative thread, blurring the line between natural mystery and something far more disturbing.

At its core, The Black Ice focuses on solitary survival and exploration. There are no crowds, no constant action, and no hand-holding. Every decision matters. Movement through the station is slow and deliberate, encouraging players to observe their surroundings, listen to subtle audio cues, and read environmental details rather than rely on explicit explanations.

The game draws inspiration from classic survival horror, particularly the early-era design philosophy of Resident Evil, where tension comes from limited information, confined spaces, and a persistent sense of vulnerability rather than constant combat. Atmosphere takes priority over spectacle.

During early access, the team has focused heavily on technical and visual refinement. A large number of bugs have been fixed, lighting systems have been reworked, and environmental details have been significantly improved. The station itself feels more alive and more oppressive, with art direction playing a key role in immersion. Shadows, reflections, and small visual details now contribute more directly to the player’s sense of unease.

Early access is not positioned as a finished product, but as the foundation for active development. Player feedback plays a major role in shaping the next steps. The plan is to gradually expand the abandoned station, introduce new narrative layers, and explore the consequences of what lies beneath the ice.

The Black Ice is less about shock and more about tension, isolation, and the slow realization that some places were abandoned for a reason.

Hi guys! Welcome.

So. Who we are?
Antelus Games is an indie game studio focused on atmospheric, story-driven experiences that blend emotion, mystery and immersive worlds. We aim to create games that stay with players long after the session ends — whether through haunting stories or thoughtful exploration.

We’ve released three unique titles so far:

The Day Before You Gone (released) — a narrative adventure about loss, memory and redemption, where you guide a girl with magical abilities through a poignant, emotionally charged journey.

Heart of Altai (early access) — a meditative exploration game set in the Altai Republic, following blogger Arina Demidova’s search for the lost city of legends. It’s a blend of travel, folklore and self-discovery.

The Black Ice (early access) — an atmospheric survival horror taking place in a deserted Antarctic research station, where isolation and mystery are as dangerous as the unknown threats around you. (Published, not yet on Steam but known as a core project in our catalogue.)

We also have several projects in active development that offer playable demos / builds or ongoing devlogs:

Nightmares Awake — a surreal first-person horror rooted in classic literature and the psychology of dreams, with a demo available to explore its eerie tone and storytelling.

Sea Walker Saga — a steampunk adventure RPG where you build and manage a floating island in a vast drowned world; currently in development with a demo and early playable elements available via itch.io.

True Thief — a dark fantasy stealth-RPG in progress, focused on shadows, cunning and changing fate (development ongoing; playable prototype/demos shared in devlog communities).

Clinch Legend — an action RPG about choices and combat mastery with evolving arenas and paths, currently in development.

We share dev diaries, art explorations, world lore and playable builds as they evolve. Follow us to dive into both released games and projects in the making — we’d love your feedback and to grow our worlds with the community
