Pimcore Demo installed locally but can not log into Admin using the credentials set at the time of installation

Have installed locally a community version of pimcore demo. However, when trying to login to admin platform, does not recognize the saved credentials. Also can not use forgot password as I don't have a local email server installed. Where can I see what are the stored password or if I can reset it. Any help is greatly appreciated in advance. Also, pictures of the products (cars) are not shown on the installed pimcore site.
